offer the following courses held in Warsaw and dedicated to bishops and ecclesiastical superiors representing the countries of the former Soviet block:

The programme offers professional assistance in developing skills indispensable for managing a diocese such as crisis management, finance management and fundraising. The issues addressed during the training will be specifically focused on the most important diocesan challenges to be faced today.

In addition, the bishops will have an opportunity to get to know each other better, share their personal experience and the most effective solutions applied in communication and managing a diocese, as well as its human and material resources.

All the participants will also have a chance to talk to the representative of the Office to Aid the Catholic Church at USCCB about their needs regarding the financial support of diocesan and national initiatives.
